Our Royal Velvet, Elizabeth & Anniversary Bouquet lavender plants are cut and bunched by hand in late July.  They are then hung on racks in our drying barn where the temperature is carefully monitored.  The bunches are fully dried after approximately 3 weeks and ready for use in the home.  They are only suitable for indoor use.
