Our ‘Sussex’ variety of lavender is grown purely for its strong scented grains.  It is cut in July and hung in bunches on suspended racks to dry for a few weeks. When completely dry, we rub the lavender seeds off the stems and store in well ventilated wooden boxes.   Our dried lavender is popular for use in crafting projects.  We sell it in quantities of 100g and upwards.
