We carefully dry the lavender head seeds after the harvest on mesh racks which allows the lavender to dry naturally.  When completely dry, we rub the lavender seeds off the stems and pour into organza bags.  These are then ready to use in your home.  They are particularly useful in cupboards and drawers to keep moths at bay.  A gentle squeeze every few weeks will keep the lavender scent fresh and they will last for several years.
