We carefully dry the lavender head seeds after the harvest on mesh racks in our lavender barn which allows the lavender to dry naturally.  When completely dry, we rub the lavender seeds off the stems and stored in well ventilated wooden boxes.   Our dried lavender is popular for use in crafting projects.  We sell it in quantities of 50g and upwards.
